AI-First Performance Operator

The AI Operating
Revolution

The industrial revolution rebuilt companies around the factory.

The digital revolution rebuilt them around the network.

The AI revolution rebuilds them around the Company Brain.

We build the Company Brain — the institutional-memory layer AI agents need to actually work — then redesign your operating model around it. For mid-market and PE-backed companies.

Our Position

We Turn Companies Into AI-First Performance Engines

We don't add AI tools. We build the substrate they need — your Company Brain — then redesign how your company operates.

Your team moves from staring at dashboards to directing AI agents. Agents handle the routine. Humans handle the exceptions — the judgment calls, the creative leaps, the decisions that matter.

Decisions become continuous optimization loops. Revenue and margin are algorithmically optimized.

This is not AI adoption. This is an operating model shift.

The Framework

What AI-First Means

AI-First is not about using AI. It's about building your entire operating model around it.

01

Integrate Across People, Process, Product

AI touches every layer — not isolated pilots. Every workflow, every team, every product decision assumes AI is present from the start.

02

From Microtasker to Teammate

Most companies use AI for trivial tasks. We architect systems where AI operates as a full delegate — owning workflows with enterprise-grade guardrails, connecting across silos.

03

Anchor to Business Value

Most companies we see deployed dozens of AI use cases last year — and tied almost none of them to P&L outcomes. We tie every agent, every workflow, every system directly to revenue and margin.

Our Approach

If You Can
Explain It,
We Can
Automate It

Every workflow your team follows — every checklist, every decision tree, every repetitive judgment call — can become an AI agent. Once your company has a brain to run it on. This is how a single workflow becomes an agent; the company-level sequence is the 6-Step Build.

01 / 06
Step 01

Document

Your team explains how they do it today. Meeting recordings, written guides, decision trees, real examples — we capture the methodology that lives in your best people's heads.

Step 02

Analyze

We map what's repeatable versus what needs human judgment. The boundary between "agent handles it" and "human decides" becomes precise and defensible.

Step 03

Substrate

We turn what we captured into your Company Brain — a continuously curated, machine-readable record of how your company thinks and decides. This is the layer every failed pilot skipped.

Step 04

Build

AI agents trained on your actual methodology — not generic models. They learn how your best people think, decide, and execute.

Step 05

Deploy

Agents handle the routine. Humans handle exceptions. Output quality stays consistent — every time, regardless of who's on the team.

Step 06

Optimize

The system gets smarter every cycle. Feedback loops improve accuracy and speed. The boundary shifts — agents handle more, humans focus on what matters.

What We Deliver

Five Modules.
One Operating System.

Consulting plus infrastructure. Strategy plus execution. Start small and scale with proof: Diagnostic → Wedge Prototype → Company Brain Build. Pricing for all three →

2–4 weeks, fixed scope ($25K–$75K). We map where your knowledge is fragmented, score your workflows for automation leverage, and hand you a board-ready 90-day execution plan. Then you decide whether to build.

We design, build, and deploy AI agents embedded directly into revenue workflows — sales systems, compliance, reporting, and product cycles. Agents that analyze faster than teams, generate execution-ready recommendations, and identify optimization opportunities continuously. Each agent is tailored to your business context, executing at scale while humans maintain strategic oversight.

We transform development teams with AI-native workflows. Ship features faster, reduce debugging cycles, automate testing and code review, and generate documentation automatically. We don't replace developers — we multiply their output without adding headcount.

Technology alone does not transform a company. We help leadership redesign workflows around AI agents, define governance frameworks, establish automation-before-hiring policies, and build internal playbooks. AI becomes how decisions are made — not a side experiment.

Continuous optimization, monitoring, and iteration of your AI operating layer. We stay embedded to ensure the system keeps getting smarter, adapting to new data, and compounding returns.

Proof of Work

What This Looks
Like in Practice

Sales Automation 01

AI Sales Proposal Engine

The Problem

Creating a sales proposal required hours of research, specialized knowledge, and manual assembly. Each proposal was inconsistent in quality and only the senior team members could produce them well.

What We Built

We ingested the team's own training material — meeting recordings, transcripts from Google Meet sessions on proposal best practices, written guides, and real examples. Then we built an AI agent trained on their methodology that:

  • Identifies and qualifies target prospects automatically
  • Researches each target and determines the optimal approach
  • Generates tailored pitch scripts and rebuttal information
  • Creates branded, presentation-ready proposals (screen-share or PDF)
Hours → Minutes Time per proposal
Anyone on the team Can produce senior-quality output
Consistent quality Every proposal, every time
Operations Automation 02

Support Desk Intelligence Layer

The Problem

A customer support team was spending hours on repetitive manual tasks — pulling daily reports, compiling monthly status updates, answering the same categories of questions. High-value team members were stuck in low-value loops.

What We Built

We deployed AI to analyze the full history of support desk tasks, categorize patterns, and identify the highest-impact automation opportunities. Then we built targeted tools:

  • Automated daily report generation and distribution
  • AI-powered monthly status update compilation
  • Smart routing and pre-drafted responses for common request types
  • Pattern detection flagging emerging issues before they escalate
Hours saved weekly Per team member
Proactive, not reactive Issues caught before escalation
Team refocused On complex, high-value work

Arvon — AI Phone Receptionist

The Problem

Most restaurant reservations still happen over the phone, and a large share of those calls go unanswered — and most callers never try again. Every missed call is lost revenue.

What We Built

Synaptrix LLC built and operates Arvon (arvon.app), an AI-powered phone receptionist for restaurants. Arvon takes calls 24/7, handles reservations and food orders, and sends real-time notifications to managers via SMS or WhatsApp — no hardware or code required.

Every call answered 24/7 availability, < 1s response
Every order captured Reservations & food orders, automatically
10-second setup Works with existing phone numbers

Built For

Who This Is For

If your company already thinks in metrics, performance, and systems — we amplify that with AI.

Founder-led companies
Mid-market operators
Growth-stage SaaS
Performance-driven organizations
Data-rich environments
PE portfolio companies

In the next 5 years, companies that adopt AI tools will improve slightly. Companies that redesign around AI will dominate. We build the second category.
